Day 86-87: Heading Over to Helena

Day 83-85: Stuck in Missoula with me
A beautiful ride north from Stanley to Missoula, where I'd be stuck, sick for 3 days. Being sick on the road...well sucks.

A gorgeous ride up RT-21 from Boise to Stanley. The Sawtooth mountains, and amazing food in the tiny town of Stanley.
Day 81: Meandering Down to Boise
The diverse landscape from the Idaho panhandle to downtown Boise provided some dramatic views and a fun day’s ride.

Day 71-72: Riding the Waves on the Bike, and a Shrimp Burger
Bought some art in Port Townsend. Took the ferry to Coupeville. Over Deception Pass to the Shrimp Shack, and on to Anacortes, WA.
Day 70: Watching Some Whales (and some seals and sea lions)
Port Townsend is an adorable town. I had an amazing time on a whale watch (Orcas!) and a great dinner.
Day 69: Can’t Get Anymore Northwest
A day trip west to Cape Flattery—the Northwesternmost Point in the contiguous United States. And…a quick trip up to hurricane ridge in the Olympic National Park. Such a beautiful part of the country
